Refund Policy

This policy covers everything you can spend Koins on at skollar.club: premium tiers, mentor sessions, talent unlocks, per-request AI runs, and exam-fee redemptions. Within Skollar, Koins work as the platform's closed-loop credits — they are not money, and a "refund" under this policy always means Koins returned to your balance, never a cash payout. Your balance is one wallet shared across the Kariant platform; Koins earned on other Kariant products are governed by those products' own terms.

Where you bought the Koins themselves with money, the purchase of Koins is governed by the platform's main terms; this page governs what happens to Koins you have spent on Skollar.

Aspirant Plus costs 500 Koins and Aspirant Pro costs 1,500 Koins, each for a fixed 30-day period. Tiers never auto-renew and never auto-charge: when the 30 days end, you simply drop back to the free tier until you choose to buy again.

A tier purchase is final once the tier is activated on your account — activation is immediate at purchase, and the premium features are available from that moment. If a tier was charged but never activated (for example, a technical failure mid-purchase), that is a mistaken charge under section 6 and we put it right in full.

Mentor bookings are paid in Koins when you book. Cancellation works on one simple rule:

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the slot starts — your Koins are refunded automatically and in full. No form, no waiting: the refund posts to your balance as part of the cancellation itself.
• Cancel within 24 hours of the slot — no refund. The mentor has reserved that time for you.

If a mentor cancels or fails to attend, the 24-hour rule does not apply to you: report it via the support portal, and once our team confirms what happened the full session price is returned to your balance — regardless of how close to the slot it was.

Talent unlocks cost 50 Koins and are final once the contact is revealed — the information cannot be un-revealed.

Per-request AI runs (such as batch evaluations) show you the exact Koin cost before you confirm. Once a run has executed, that spend is final — the compute has been used. A run that fails outright without producing a result is a mistaken charge under section 6.

Exam-fee redemption converts Koins into an exam-fee payment made on your behalf. It is a closed-loop feature enabled progressively, and once a redemption has been submitted to the exam authority it cannot be reversed by us. If a redemption fails before it is submitted, our team marks it failed and the Koins are returned to your balance in full.

If you were charged twice for the same thing, charged without receiving what you paid for, or see a Koin debit you don't recognise, raise it through the support portal with the approximate time of the charge. Verified duplicates and failed deliveries are refunded in full to your Koin balance. Your Koin balance and activity are always available on My Koins; your data export includes a summary of your wallet activity.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy does, the law wins.
